Our Learning Phases
You can learn both the skills of a cosmetologist and how to market yourself as a future beauty professional! Avalon Institute also prepares students for the “real-life” side of the beauty industry by providing business and operations training to guide them to opportunities in salons or as independent entrepreneurs.
While our curriculum varies slightly per location, here is a general overview of the stages of learning you can expect to follow in our cosmetology program:

We pride ourselves on being a resource for our students during school and after graduation, so you can feel confident that it’s possible to find your dream career after your time at beauty school. We work diligently to aid students in finding the right career path for them.
While we cannot guarantee employment, you can feel confident in your education as we strive to help students secure employment after sitting for the state board exam.
Financial Aid & Scholarships
Paying for beauty school is possible! Financial aid is available to those who qualify. You can fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) to see what you may qualify for. We accept payments from Pell Grants and other federal loans, just to name a few.
